Ingredients

2 cups of your favorite low-acid fruits (such as pears, melons, or papayas)

1 cup of water

1 tablespoon of honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions

Wash and peel the low-acid fruits. Remove any seeds or pits. Cut the fruits into chunks.

In a blender, combine the fruit chunks, water, and honey. Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste the juice and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp.

Chill the juice in the refrigerator or serve over ice.
